Once or twice. They did not ride up. Fabric is smooth, not as stretchy as lululemon align fabric for ex. I usually wear XS so they did not fit as tight as model photos show. Hope that helps

Can’t really say about sweat. Just didn’t wear often. Fabric is smooth and well made. They are somewhere in between a running short and bike short. I can’t say how they would fit you. But for ref. I am 5 ‘ 8” and 110 lbs so they were a bit loose on me.
