Omega Automatic Men's Watch with Tan Suede Strap

Elegant vintage Omega watch with a tan suede strap. Late 1950s, early 1960s Omega Automatic. It was purchased by original seller from an established vintage watch dealer in NYC. Now additionally authenticated by PM team. During the 1950s and 1960s, Omega produced numerous automatic watches that did not belong to specific model lines like the Seamaster, Constellation, or De Ville. These timepieces were often marketed simply under the “Omega Automatic” designation. These pieces were standard offerings of the time and are recognized by collectors for their simplicity and historical value. A true vintage collectors piece. Stainless steel case and caseback. Measurements include a 34mm case size and 18mm lug width. The watch keeps great time and is fully functional. Matching gold hands and hour markers. The dial turned a cream color over time with even speckling throughout as seen in the photos. All parts are original including the signed Omega crown, dial, movement, and caseback. The genuine leather strap is aftermarket.
