Ombre high rise / highwaisted shorts

High waisted, blue and white ombre. Disstressed shorts. 100% cotton. No size tag. Laying flat waist measures 13" rise measures 11.5" widest part of hips measures 19" inseam is about 3.5" on the right side of the front there seems to be a small discoloration (see 2nd to last picture), hardly noticeable while wearing.
