Ombré Plunging V-Neckline Prom Dress

Long dress with a v neck panel insert. Beaded design under the chest. Purchased it without the straps but had to pay more so they can put straps on. Was originally strapless. One of the straps is coming off however it can be sewed back in or the straps can be taken off. Only wore it once, for prom. Very elegant dress. Accepting reasonable offers.
