Okay, right now I’m waiting to see what happens with this previous shirt that I had bought from a seller. It has already been 9 days, and the seller still has not shipped the shirt yet. I’ve wrote her several comments on the shirt, and I see clearly she has been active online, but doesn’t even acknowledge my comments by responding back to me, which makes me think that something very suspicious is going on. It’s like she “took my money and ran.”

I contacted customer support letting them know what’s going on, so we’ll see what happens. If customer support can’t get in contact with this person somehow, then I’m just going to inquire a refund for the shirt. Under order status, awaiting shipment, it says, I have to wait until May 22 to cancel my order.

@tinkerbell1995 she can’t... Poshmark does not give her the money until you accept the purchase. If she has mailed it and it has not arrived, you should contact Poshmark right away and let them know it has not arrived so that the seller cannot get your funds

So once I get my money back for the shirt, then I will go ahead and purchase this shirt that you’re selling. I just don’t want to pay for another item until I get my money back from a previous item that didn’t even get delivered to me. So now I learned my lesson, BEFORE I even buy an item from a seller, I want to make sure 1. They still have the item. 2. They’re acknowledging my comments, so that way it’s going to get delivered to me and I can feel at ease.

@tinkerbell1995 The extra days she has to ship with the new guidelines makes it impossible to know unless there’s a tracking number already. If there’s no tracking number I would definitely go ahead and submit a report to Poshmark

@steffi3tmc Yeah, there is no tracking number. The seller had not even shipped the shirt yet. I bought shirt 9 days ago! It’s one thing if the seller already shipped the shirt, and it’s in the process of getting delivered to my house, that I can understand. But the person has not even shipped the shirt yet, so it’s not even on its way being delivered to my house.

@tinkerbell1995 I’m going to the post office now but the tracking depends on the actual post office scan. Not the time of arrival, it may a full 12 hours to actually start tracking. Don’t be surprised, I have seen it take up to 12 hours even when the package is already on its way. It leaves my house now! ❤️

@tinkerbell1995 my youngest daughter kept having packages delivered, and I asked her where was she getting the money for all this stuff and she said she was selling the things that I had stored in the basement that no longer fit us. So I said that’s very clever. When she went off to college I took over her closet and found that I love the work. Today I found out I’m laid off, at least temporarily. Every little bit helps!

A friend of mine flies for JetBlue and didn’t check her account for a while and missed a couple of sales. It’s a shame because the other person is just sitting there waiting!😤

Unless, the person was doing other things on here and didn’t read my comments or check her notifications? But that’s just so hard to believe because when you have items listed for sale, and you go online, obviously, you’re going to be attempted to check your notifications to see if you got a buyer for any of your items.

What had happen was, I had purchased the shirt on May 11 from the seller, it has already been 9 DAYS, and I noticed on my account there was NO tracking number, in another words, the seller DIDN’T EVEN SHIP THE ITEM YET! I had purchased the shirt on May 11, and today is May 21!

Today’s date is ... It’s been this amount of days so far, and you still haven’t shipped this shirt.” And I like I said I see CLEARLY, the seller was ACTIVE ONLINE, But doesn’t even bother to acknowledge any of my comments by responding back to me. It’s like, “Um, hello! Is anyone there?”

@steffi3tmc Yes! Exactly! I don’t know what this person’s problem is? On my Poshmark account, it says the person has until May 22 to ship the item, which is tomorrow. If the person still hasn’t shipped the shirt by tomorrow, then I can get a refund for the delay in shipping. But I’m thinking about giving her an extra day, so maybe I’ll give her until May 23. This is just getting RIDICULOUS now!

And on her profile, under the second listing, that’s on top and the right side of the page where it says Victoria’s Secret Pink sequin shirt, you’ll see that I’ve wrote the seller several comments regarding when she is going to ship the shirt to me, and she never replied back to me. So I inquired a refund for the shirt today since it’s been over 10 days from when purchased it on May 11.
