Oliviaceous Dress Teal Smocked

This dress is GORGEOUS and so unique! The sleeves are puffy but I wore this with the sleeves draped down on my arm and used double sided tape for it to stay. Truly a gorgeous comfortable dress. No rips tears stains holes etc. I am 5’5”, size 6, 145lbs, curvy and athletic build with a 24B cup for reference :)
