Breathable cotton shirt or tunic with a twist - it does not look like your ordinary white cotton shirt. It is soft and flattering and has puffy sleeves. I have worn it a couple of times, but it is still in a great condition and true to size, could easily go under XL. Dies 3/4 sleeve go under short sleeve or long sleeve?
