Olivia Moon printed midi length pencil skirt

Brand new - never worn. Midi length pencil skirt with black and white print. Quite a but of ruching on the sides. Fabric has stretch. About 28.5" long. Made in the USA. Fabric is a rayon/spandex blend. The Olivia Moon brand is sold at Nordstrom. 95% rayon, 5% spandex. I ordered this online, so it doesn't have a hangtag. It has never been worn except to try on once and still comes with the original plastic sleeve.
