Olive green corduroy military style

Olive green corduroy military style women's jacket/casual blazer, fitted size medium, measurements in photos. I'm not sure whether it's missing an outer button at the top or if the extra one is sewn on in case one of the others falls off - if I were keeping this I'd probably remove the extra button and keep it as backup.
