One X is 1 1/2 inches smaller and 1 1/2 inches larger on the 3X. 26 inches arm to arm 27 inches waist 37 inches hips 37 inches length 24 inch sleeve on top These are all measurements laying flat on the ground so you were double then going around you. 100% rayon.
