Olive brand summer dress

Worn once, Olive brand white and navy Swiss Dot dress. The dress is lined, has puffed sleeves, and hits just below the knee. It was ordered as a “one size fits all.” The waist cinches in slightly. I tied it off with a ribbon I bought separately.
