Beautiful floral print with black background halter type blouse. Pleated at top, elastic around bottom and two button closure in back. Feels so soft like silk. Fully lined. Only worn twice. Runs a bit small. If you wear medium this should fit you just fine. 53% Viscose, 47% Rayon. Lining is 100% Rayon. ONLY WORN ONCE Neck to armpit: 11”, total length (from neck to bottom) 22.5”
