Olivaceous Black Dressy Maxi Long Skirt Lace M

Brand new... took the tags off just last week but it doesn’t fit. I wear Medium but have wide hips and being polyester it doesn’t have enough stretch for me. Beautiful long skirt with a beautiful black lace detailed bottom.
