New, never used. still has tags attached. this was my cousins so it doesn't fit me well enough to show the dress better. wedding didn't happen so the dress just sat in her closet. this will come as a complete set. the dress, beautiful matching beaded veil, and matching shawl. there is no wiggle room in this. chest area is spacious so it accommodates a larger chest.
