Old navy tank top size XL. Cut hole back

Black and white tank top with design. Adjustable tie around back of neck. Tank top flares out around waist. Loose flowy fit. Cut hole back. Tank top does have two small holes at bottom on front (pictured- I had to put a white paper behind it just for it to show) very not noticeable!
