Old navy polka dot dress

Charming button down dress. White with navy polka dots and 3/4 sleeves. I am 5'8" and it hits just above my knees. Comes with matching fabric belt and white slip for underneath. Dress is 100٪ cotton. Slip is poly/nylon. Already gone through the dryer so you don't have to worry about shrinkage. Please note that the collar has some *very* faint discoloration. It is visible in the last photo, where you can see that it is not noticeable unless you are looking for it! Make me an offer, I'm good about accepting them!
