stacysc23 @rands99 yes, stretchy. tight around the waist/midsection but looser in the legs. they're joggers so they're a little tighter around the bottom hem

stacysc23 I just realized I have two pairs of these, long and capri, and I measured the wrong ones. the ones in this listing are longer and have a waist of 14" flat, inseam 23" and total length waist to bottom of 34".
