Old navy Womens- off the shoulder dress

Brand new summer dress, never worn. Very flowy fabric with elastic band at the waist. It’s a very cute and spring flower pattern and off the shoulder. Would be cute with any sandals to dress down or heels to dress up. It hits right at the knee.
