Old navy OG straight

I wore these high rise jeans once when I got them in (online order) They had white discoloration in two spots (see pics one spot on front and one on back) I’m not sure if that’s how they are supposed to be or not but it wasn’t worth a return at the time Price reflects Size 4 but fit like a 6
