Old Vintage ESTATE Pin Cuff Silver Color UNTESTED Poss N African Filigree

This really cool, heavier unusual pin cuff bracelet was found in a local estate sale. I have no history on it, but even Google can't find it! It can find others that claim it could be North African or Middle Eastern, but none look like this one. I have no way to test it, so I can not prove that it is actual silver, but it's a pretty silver color and heavy with the filigree accents!
