Could be bone on the ivory colored long ones? Round beads are glass and brick red beads I think are glass All beads are cold to the touch-Not plastic for sure! Has two trade beads that are cobalt blue and red and white Has two claws on center of necklace framing the Eagle!! A beautiful tribal necklace to add to our collection!! I am leaving the Eagle head unpolished- some people like the patina to the sterling silver on an older piece If you like it to shine-I recommend a polishing cloth
