Old Navy women's white off shoulder dress with midnight eyelet size M

this dress can be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. being there is an elastic band for the neckline then a ruffled bib all the way around it feels more like it would be more comfortable off the shoulders. with the extra material at the neckline this gives the dress some sleeves to it. the hemline has a scallop ending to it. also at the bottom you will see a dark navy blue floral eyelet detail. I put the color as pretty close to.kidnighy as in some lights it does come off as black in darker lights. this does have an underlying slip. the eyelet detail shows peaks of the material underneath but should not show skin due to the slip underneath. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. the length measurements is bring off shoulder so actually the dress if worn odd shoulder will go to the knee area or slightly above.
