Old Navy summer Tank dress M

summer dress, 75% polyester, 21% rayon, 4% SPANDEX. Worn twice...but was too long. Never got around to hemming it. Bust 16 1/2 " across flat. Fabric stretches with spandex...I am 38 C and fits me just fine! Length 38". 1 snag on side panel, 7.5 inches above hem. 1 smaller snag on front...across bust area. These are photographed, and not at all noticeable except in the close ups! Can be hemmed up and snag would be gone altogether...as dress is longish! Fabric is fairly thick,and non-see through. Low price reflect the issues photographed. 3/$20...
