Old Navy purple tunic or short dress

I'm 5' 4", and I wore this as a dress. For someone taller, it could be a tunic to wear with some leggings. Pretty purple 💜 color, loose turtleneck with long sleeves. Side slits at the hemline. Fabric feels like a lightweight fleece or flannel. May be some light piling from wear but overall good condition. It's closer to the color in the first photo than the others.
