Old Navy navy blue skirt with stars size small

Old Navy navy blue skirt with stars size small. Skirt measures 16.5” long and waist is 30”. The waist is elastic so there room for it to go more than 30”. Tag is worn, but material is lightweight. There is layer underneath. Skirt is in good condition. I didn’t find anything wrong with it.
