@cassieshanesy it's got some stretch (1% spandex) - allows movement and contoured fit. it runs a little big for size 16, probably closer to 18/20.
length depends a lot on height and shape. the straight cut can hike up a little over curves and double button design sits high-waisted for rounder folks. on me it's 2" above the knee (short/ 28" inseam). also high cut back slit falls a couple inches under my bottom.
