Old Navy blue spring dress Size S

Tie-waist spring/summer dress. Womens Small. Thin, smooth cotton fabric. Mid-length sleeves. Front buttons and cute neckline. Navy with white pattern. One TINY hole where a tag was at shoulder - see last picture (magnified), hole is barely noticeable. Otherwise great condition.
