shootingstarz04 @sophielaurel3 @sophielaurel3 According to an Old Navy sizing chart, an XS tends to run 31-33 for bust & 23-25 for waist (alpha size.) It seems like it fits pretty TTS, but it’s also about 6+ years old, so I’m not sure if sizing has changed. I tried my best to measure it, but I got 13 inches across the chest area & 12 inches across where the band is) when the dress is laying flat,)

shootingstarz04 It is 100% cotton, so the skirt has some stretch, but the top does not as much. The v part is not sewn together. I hope this helps!
