Stretchy, comfy, midi skirt from Old Navy. Burgundy with black stripes. Waist laying flat is 12” across, but thick hidden elastic waist band stretches comfortably to accommodate more room. Hip laying flat measures 15.5” across, but stretches to accommodate several more inches (36-38). Length is 27”. Body con style, so very form fitting, but stretchy fabric easily moves with you!
