Old Navy, Smocked top fit & flare midi dress Chambray (blue) super lightweight material Size M (for reference I'm 5'5" and it hits about mid calf) has adjustable straps and pockets, square neckline. there seems to be a slight discoloration I've posted a photo of on the front, I can only see it sometimes so not even sure what to call it, but wanted to be transparent, sold as is in otherwise GUC.
