Old Navy Off the Shoulder Top. Black. XS

This off the shoulder, sleeveless, ruffle trim top is perfect for summer. It’s an XS, but seems to fit closer to a S or smaller M. The ruffle too has elastic so can be worn completely off the shoulder which I was unable to show in the mannequin because she doesn’t have arms. Made of 100% Rayon
