Old Navy High Waist Frayed Hem Jean Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @frugalscloset. Loved it, but was a little too big on me. For reference, I’m in a size twelve jean but was looking a for a relaxed fit in this skirt. It is more like a true 14-16! Questions? Leave a comment below!
