Old Navy Go-Dry high waisted elevate leggings

These are NWT. They are supposed to be 7/8th length but they are too long for me. They have a 27in inseam (I need 24in). I ordered these online and went to the store to exchange and same thing, they are too long. They even tried ordering me another pair and those are also 27in. So now I have two pairs. They have medium compression and high waist. Side pockets! Size Medium
