Women’s flutter sleeve dress from Old Navy. The front and back of the dress is a v-neck with a tie detail on the back of the dress. At 5’3” it hits a past mid thigh (but a few inches above the knee). It is not lined but it isn’t see through. Material is not itchy and is comfortable in hot weather. Size is a small but is very forgiving (would also fit a size medium). No rips, holes, etc.
