Old Navy Floral Peplum Smocked Top with Lace Detailed Cap Sleeves NWT!

Be comfortable in warm weather or a fun night on the town! This Old Navy top features smocked detailing for a snug but stretchy fit in the bust and lace details at the straps/cap sleeves. The top has an off white background with colorful floral print all over. The neckline is a slight V-neck in the front and straight across the back. Brand new with tags on it. Never worn.
