This cute dress is a pullover and can be worn off the shoulders. It has a ruffle around the neck and a large bottom ruffle. The waist is elastic and it has a removable belt. It is fully lined. Armpit to armpit is 26 inches. The waist laying flat and not stretched is 19 inches and the length is approximately 51 inches. In good condition!
