Old Navy Cat Blouse

Navy blue silky fabric. Short sleeves that are gathered. Front is pleated. Back is gathered with a large tie to make a bow or just leave it straight. Best part is the little gray cats all over it. On the fence about selling, but I have way to many. Measurements and fabric content in photos. #17
