Old Navy blue and white polka dot breezy summer dress! Size 2X, elastic waist. Great for summer! I thrifted this a while ago and only wore it a couple times before I outgrew it. It’s so cute and great with tights in colder months too. Happy to answer questions or provide measurements! :-)
