Old Navy Blue and White Flouncy Summer Skirt

This skirt is gathered up both sides and has stripes going both vertically and horizontally. There is a zipper on the side and the top portion really accentuates your rear! Very light fabric, perfect for spring or summer! Love the way this fits. I apologize for the wrinkles!!
