NWOT black velvet old navy midi dress!! I bought this for a cruise and ended up never bringing it with me. Only tried on but never worn! About 39.5” from armpit to the bottom of the dress. It has a slit on the left side of the dress and has adjustable straps. Let me know if you have any questions!
