Nice short black print romper is new with tag! It is 55% linen and 45% rayon. Elastic top with front tie can be worn as a halter or strapless/off the shoulder it has an adjustable cord waist with tassel ties and hip pockets. The top ruffle has ball fringe trim. Size XS measures as shown: elastic across the top is 14”, 22.5” length, 17” across chest, 13” across the waist and 19” across hips with a 3” inseam.
