Old Navy Black Floral Dress

This is an Old Navy black floral and white dot print dress. The sleeves are 3/4 length with a little flare around the sleeves. It is an above rhe knee dress and it also is flared, not a straight skirt. The back of the dress has elastic under each of the arms.
