Old Navy Women's top, 2X, medium wash blue with a floral pattern. Sleeveless with a flutter. Buttons down the front are functional, although the top buttons in the smocked part are very difficult to undo. This top can be put on over the head, unbuttoning is not necessary. Some smocking in the front and back. Measurements are approximate. This top is short though. On me it hits at the top of my pants. I like my tops longer. I've never actually worn the top.
