Custom made upcycled tunic. Local North Carolina clothing maker, Old Is New, makes custom pieces out of thrift store finds. This is a top and a lace table cloth combined to make a tunic. Great used condition. One of a kind piece. No fabric tag, but, feels like a cotton blend. Soft with some stretch. Minor piling under the arms.
