Old Cloisonne Rolling Ink Blotter

In the past, and sometimes still, fountain pens were used and these types of blotters were used to ensure the ink was dry before folding up the correspondence. A nice addition to your desk and still useful. The top unscrews in order to add more blotting paper to the felt and wood blotting part. Beautiful wire and enamel work. The handle does not screw on tightly, but it still works. See photos for condition. 4.25" Long x 1.25" thick
