Olaplex 0 (1 body) has been used a handful of times. Olaplex 3 (2 small bottles): one bottle is band new. The other is half used. Olaplex 4 (2 bottles, 1 big, 1 small): small bottle is brand new, big bottle is 3/4 used, lid is broken is still functional. Olaplex 5 (2 bottles, 1 big, 1 small): small bottle is brand new, big bottle is less than 3/4 used
