Fun pattern soft cotton dress. One of the tasseled shows a pull near fabric but not noticeable and in very good condition! Comfortable dress for and fits a size 10-12 for my daughters and longer if on the leaner side. Shoulder to hem 30 and in back 32 Armpit to armpit 14 I would say it’s pretty vintage. Bought it 18 years ago.
