Ohuhu Hot & Cold Ice Pack / Ice Bags- Snowflake Design (2) - You get a Large (good for waist, shoulder - large parts) & Medium (good for ankle, knee joints - medium parts). Medium Size: 9" and Large Size: 11". I bought these to use after my chiropractor TMJ adjustment. I took/used the smallest one (6") that came in the bundle. It works really good, especially for icing, never tried the heat way. The only reason I'm getting rid of the 2 new and unused ones is because I was icing my jaw/mouth a small area and only needed a small size AND we rarely have ice to put in these ice packs and for these to work really good. You need available ice- which we do not do very well at keeping stocked. Easier to buy actual ice packs. The ones you will be getting are the Medium and Large and Instruction booklet. Design: Dark Blue with lots of white snowflakes! Ice packs comes in a plastic sleeve, not sealed and packs come in and out super easy- took out for the 1st time for pictures and listing purposes. White lids screw on and off easy. Adding water or ice cubes is pretty easy as opening is big.
