@chan_n_ a not really lol If you don’t mind it not being snug and tight fitting it’ll work I believe. A size 4 and 6 isn’t much of a difference. An inch or two around the waist and chest.

With a measuring tape going across the front, chest was 12 1/2 inches and waist was 14inches across.
