Off-white cocktail Midi Dress

An off-white mid length dress that has been worn twice. Its about 6 years old and remains in good to okay condition. It came with a black belt but was removed (you could mildly see what held it on each side of the dress). It is ruffled throughout with a cute bow on the shoulder portion of the dress. There is a stain from old usage on the inside of the ruffles (right side), although it is not noticeable because its on the inside. Retailed price at about $250+.
